A declarations (or "DEC") page is a key component of an insurance policy that provides the most important information about your personal insurance policy. Marble, a digital wallet for insurance policies, uses this to pull all your policy details into your Marble account. This is what a typical Pet's Best insurance declarations page looks like:
Once you’ve logged into your Pet's Best account, locate your top navigation bar and find the “My Pets” drop-down.
In that dropdown, select “Documents and Forms.”
Choose the appropriate policy and click “Your Declarations Page.”
Your declarations should automatically download onto your computer.
First things first: if you haven’t created your Marble account, do that now. Once you've downloaded the full PDF, you can then directly upload your Pet's Best insurance declarations page within your Marble wallet.
