As we continue to build out the Marble ecosystem of insurance offerings, we’re pleased to announce the launch of our partnership with Faye. Now, Marble members can purchase travel insurance that we love , directly from their Marble account.
The better question is: how have we been sleeping on travel insurance from Faye for so long? Faye is delivering excellent service in a space that is oftentimes known for doing the opposite. They offer whole-trip protection, which means you can get proactive and holistic coverage and care that can protect your entire trip — from takeoff to checkout.
They also offer 24/7 travel assistance, including real-time travel alerts, proactive recommendations, and speedy claims processing and reimbursement for eligible claims.
And of course, we love the Faye app - which offers the same wallet-like convenience as Marble. Once you download their app, you’ll be able to manage your trip, file claims, and receive quick reimbursements for eligible claims (sent to your Faye Wallet debit card that you can add to your phone’s digital wallet!), and even ask their Customer Experience Specialists for tips and assistance — anytime, anywhere.

To get a quote from Faye, you’ll need to have a few pieces of info handy: namely, where you're going, how long you’ll be there, and who you are going with.
From there, just log into your Marble account and head to the Marble Marketplace to find Faye. You can also visit the Faye site directly. However you get there, you’ll be asked to provide some basic personal information, including your age and address, along with the details we mentioned above.
From there, you’ll see your quote almost instantly, along with the options to purchase add-on coverage you might want to consider (like Extreme Sports or Vacation Rental Damage Protection).
Once you’ve purchased a plan from Faye, log back into your Marble account and add the Declaration Page to your account under the “Other Insurance Documents” section. That way, you’ll have all your plan details handy whenever you may need them. And with travel insurance in place, all that’s left is for you to start counting down to take off. Bon voyage!
